2026 Spring Season

Registration is now a two-part system; first beginning with USA Rugby, then by registering with the Cardinals.

Each player must complete an annual registration with USA Rugby, which expires August 31 every year. The fee is paid directly to USA Rugby. It is independent of club registration. No athlete will be permitted to participate in matches or tournaments without being registered with USA Rugby as a Charlotte Cardinal.

After you’re registered as with USA Rugby (STEP 1), you must then complete the Cardinals registration for the Spring Season (STEP 2). You will need your USA Rugby Membership number as well as medical insurance information in order to complete the process.
